The Toolbox and its launcher

One button opens every tool, grouped by what you want to do, with your recent outputs and a search.

The Toolbox button sits in the top bar and the side rail. It opens a launcher with every tool your workspace offers, grouped by purpose:

GroupTools
AnalyseGrids, Tables, Charts
Write and presentSlides, Docs, Notes, Knowledge Base
CollectForms, Polls & Surveys, Signatures
PlanCorkboard, Checklists & SOPs

Grids, Tables, Charts, Slides, Docs and Notes are always there. Knowledge Base, Forms, Polls, Signatures, Corkboard and Checklists appear when their extension is installed for your workspace, the same rule the rest of the app uses.

Under the tools, Recent shows the last 12 things you opened across every tool. The search box finds outputs by name in every tool at once. Both only ever list things you can open.

Each tool opens full-screen at its own address, for example /app/toolbox/grids. The app bar shrinks to a thin header with the tool's own toolbar, Back and Linked to. Grids, tables, notes and slides also carry Share and Move to; forms, signature requests and Knowledge Base pages keep the sharing they have always had inside the tool.

Note

The Toolbox appears only where it is switched on for your workspace. Where it is off, every tool stays where it was: project tabs, /app/forms, /app/signatures, /app/wiki and /app/documents work exactly as before.
