Business · an Enterprise contract

Noots is built for you. At any scale.

For large organisations. Pricing quoted for you, a named support team, and a workspace tailored to how you run - set up with you rather than sold to you.

The plan behind this page is Enterprise. It is quoted per organisation and never listed as a number. The self-serve tiers are on the pricing page: Free, Team, Business. One of them shares this page's name and is a different thing.

your Enterprise contract
  • Quoted for youSeats, setup and anything built for you, priced after a conversation.
  • A named support teamPriority support and a dedicated customer success manager who knows your workspace.
  • A workspace tailored to youShaped by industry, with custom tabs, sub-organisations and roles to match how you are organised.
  • A security reviewEvery control written out on the security page, and a plain list of what we do not hold.
A workspace tailored to you

Shaped to how you run, not to how most teams do.

The product already reshapes itself around an industry. A contract goes further: it is set up with your admins, and where the product does not do a thing only you need, that thing can be scoped.

Shaped by industry

Tell Noots what your organisation does and every project opens with the tabs, the starter projects and the tools that trade runs on. Every default is a starting point your admins can change.

Business and up

Custom tabs

Pin the secure pages your teams already use into a project, a channel or the launcher, in a sandboxed frame that never fetches through our servers.

Business and up

Sub-organisations and roles

Regions, brands and acquired teams as full child workspaces grouped under yours, with roles defined to match how you are organised rather than how a default is.

Scoped with you

Custom development

Need something only your organisation needs? An Enterprise contract can include custom development, scoped and quoted with you. It is an offer to scope, not a line on a feature list: what gets built, and what it costs, is agreed before anything is built.

Why larger organisations

One workspace where the stack was five, with the controls a large team is asked for.

The reasons are structural, not promises: fewer seats to buy, one identity to manage, one place a decision is recorded, and one bill. Everything below is in the product today and each control names the tier it arrives on.

One bill instead of a stack of them

Boards, meetings and the notetaker, chat and calls, calendar, documents, a CRM and automations are one subscription, on the pricing page, per seat. A team of a hundred stops reconciling five vendors' invoices.

Identity, roles and an audit trail

SAML single sign-on, a second factor demanded of every member, roles of your own, an IP allowlist enforced before a route runs, and an exportable log of who did what. Business-tier controls, each listed under Security with its tier read off the plan table.

Regions and brands as child workspaces

A region, a brand or an acquired team runs as a full workspace under yours, with its own members and projects and your controls inherited. Sub-organisations are a Business-tier control.

Your model, your retention clock

Every AI feature can run against an OpenAI-compatible endpoint your organisation operates, and retention rules destroy transcripts, summaries and live notes on the schedule you set. Neither needs a contract; both are Business-tier.

Security review

Assess the controls. We will not hand you a certificate.

Every control on the security page was checked against the code before it was written down, and the page lists what we do not hold in the same size type. A review starts there.

  • TLS on every connection, with HSTS
  • Every third-party credential we hold for you sealed at rest under AES-256-GCM
  • SAML 2.0 single sign-on and SCIM provisioning
  • Role-based access filtered in SQL, an IP allowlist enforced in the proxy, and two-factor enforced workspace-wide
  • An audit log, and retention rules that destroy transcripts on the clock you set
  • Private AI: every AI feature against a model endpoint your organisation operates, with no silent fallback
  • We never train models on your private meeting content
  • A signed DPA on an Enterprise contract

For a formal review, a DPA or a disclosure, write to security@cartexdata.com.

What we don't claim

  • No SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or FedRAMP attestation. We hold none of them and we will not imply one anywhere on this site. The controls above are real and you are welcome to assess them; the certificate is not something we can hand you.
  • No published uptime SLA.
  • Encryption of the database volumes themselves is our hosting provider's, and we have no attestation to give you for it. What we can point at in our own code is the AES-256-GCM envelope around every third-party credential we store, and TLS on every connection.
  • We do not offer a choice of data-residency region. Noots runs in a single hosting region; the setting that used to record a regional preference has been removed rather than left to imply something it never did.
A named support team

People who know your workspace by name.

Every plan reaches a real person. An Enterprise contract adds who that person is, how fast, and a first day that is a working day.

Priority support

Your questions are answered first, by people who have your workspace open while they answer.

A dedicated customer success manager

One person who knows your admins, your roll-out and what you are trying to run, from the first call to the renewal.

Onboarding with you

We set the workspace up alongside your admins: the industry, the default tabs, roles, sub-organisations and single sign-on, so the first day is a working day rather than a setup day.

What an Enterprise contract carries

Everything in the per-seat tiers, and what only a contract can carry.

Every line below is read from the same plan table the product enforces. What is quoted is the price; the features are fixed, and none of them is a promise about a roadmap.

Enterprise

Only on the contract

  • SCIM provisioningJoiners and leavers provisioned from your directory, so a person who leaves the company leaves the workspace the same hour.
  • Priority support and a dedicated CSMA named customer success manager and a support queue that is answered first. A promise kept by people, not a feature gate.

And the ceilings come off

  • 24-hour recordings
  • Unlimited storage while auto-delete is on (a flat monthly fee applies if you keep everything forever)
  • An AI allowance uncapped by the month; every individual run still has its own bounds
  • Unlimited members, projects and meeting bots
  • Unlimited automation runs
  • A custom contract, a signed DPA and a security review
Included from Business

The controls it inherits

Each of these switches on at the per-seat tier below Enterprise, and every one is enforced on the server rather than by hiding a button.

  • SSO / SAMLBusiness and up

Sign in through your own identity provider, SAML 2.0, with the password path closed for your domain.

  • Audit logBusiness and up

Who did what, when, across the workspace, exportable.

  • IP allowlistBusiness and up

The application answers only from the addresses you list, enforced in the proxy before a route runs.

  • Enforce 2FABusiness and up

A second factor demanded of every member, on the password path and on Google and Microsoft sign-in alike.

  • Data retention policyBusiness and up

Rules that destroy transcripts, summaries and live notes on the clock you set.

  • Sub-organizationsBusiness and up

A region, a brand or an acquired team as a full child workspace under yours.

  • Custom rolesBusiness and up

Roles of your own beside the built-in ones, with exactly the permissions a job needs.

  • Your own AI endpointBusiness and up

Every AI feature runs against an OpenAI-compatible endpoint your organisation operates, with no silent fallback to ours.

Or try it first.

Every workspace starts on 14 days of the full Business tier, for everyone you invite, and we never ask for a card to start.

Not this big yet? Free, Team, Business are self-serve, priced per seat, and every limit is on the page. See the pricing

Before you write

Questions, answered plainly.

Is this the Business plan on the pricing page?
No. The pricing page lists the per-seat tiers, and one of them is called Business. This page is about the Enterprise contract: quoted per organisation, with SCIM provisioning, priority support and a dedicated customer success manager, a signed DPA and a custom contract on top of everything Business carries.
Do you publish an Enterprise price?
No. It depends on seats, on what you need set up and on whether anything is built for you, so it is quoted after a conversation. Tell us your size and what you need and you will get a scope and a number back, not a deck.
Can you build something only we need?
An Enterprise contract can include custom development. It is scoped and quoted with you before anything is built, and it stays your decision whether it goes in the contract.
Do you hold a security certification?
No SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or FedRAMP attestation, and we will not say otherwise anywhere on this site. The controls are real and you are welcome to assess them; the security page lists them beside the ones we do not have.
