Stack cost

What your stack costs.
Priced from their own pages.

Tick what you pay for, set your headcount, and read the total. Then copy the memo: every vendor, tier, badge, source link and reading date travels with the number, so whoever you send it to can check it without asking you where it came from.

What you pay for now

Your number, not ours. We hold no figure for how big your team is.

  • monday.com Pro, $19 a seat a month, billed annually. Their page.

Seats come in blocks - monday quotes 3, 5, 10, 15, so six people buy ten.

    $380
  • Fireflies.ai Business, $19 a seat a month, billed annually. Their page.

    $380
  • Slack Business+, $15 a seat a month, billed annually. Their page.

    $300
  • Calendly Teams, $16 a seat a month, billed annually. Their page.

Priced per person who schedules - invitees need no seat.

    $320
  • Zapier Professional, $19.99 a month, flat, billed annually. Their page.

Per task, not per seat - 750 a month, and one user. A shared Team plan is $69 a month for 25..

    $20

Every price above is US list, at the annual billing rate, read from that vendor's own pricing page on 28 August 2026, at the plan that vendor badges as recommended, most popular or best value. Three rows are ticked to begin with because those are the ones a team of twenty nearly always already has, so the opening figure understates a stack rather than overstating it.

Questions

About this number.

Do I have to give you an email address to see the result?
No. There is no form on this page. The totals and the full memo are on screen as soon as it loads, and both copy buttons work without an account.
Where do the competitor prices come from?
Each one was read off that vendor's own pricing page on function(){throw Error("Attempted to call PRICES_READ() from the server but PRICES_READ is on the client. It's not possible to invoke a client function from the server, it can only be rendered as a Component or passed to props of a Client Component.")}, at the plan the vendor themselves badges as recommended, most popular or best value. The badge wording, the URL and the date are in the memo, and an automated test fails our build once a reading is more than 274 days old.
Why is one of the rows not multiplied by my headcount?
Because that vendor prices per task rather than per seat: the plan is a flat monthly price for a monthly allowance. Multiplying it by a headcount would invent a figure the vendor does not publish, so it is added once.
Is this a like-for-like comparison?
No, and the memo says so in its own words. Each tool listed does more than the part of it Noots replaces, and Noots does things none of them do. It compares what a stack costs with what one platform costs.
Why do only three rows start ticked?
Because those are the ones a team of twenty nearly always already has, so the opening figure understates a stack rather than overstating it. Scheduling and automation start off for the same reason.
