Browser extension

The notetaker that never joins the call.

No bot in the participant list. Noots records and writes up the meeting inside your browser, shows the tasks you owe today, and reads along while you draft.

Chrome, Edge and Brave. Installed from a downloaded zip in developer mode, not from the Web Store.

A meeting botNot here

Recording, in your own browser. Nobody is notified, because nothing joined.

No bot, no anxiety

Nothing joins the call.

Some rooms go quiet the second a bot appears in the participant list - the client, the candidate, the person about to say the useful thing. So Noots does not add one. It captures and transcribes in your browser, and writes the summary and the action items from that.

  • No “Noots has joined the meeting”, and nobody is notified
  • You review the transcript before any of it is sent
  • Works on Google Meet, Zoom and Teams - and on a webinar or a shared tab
  • Prefer a bot after all? Send the Noot bot instead; the write-up is identical
The trade

Two routes, one write-up.

The extension and the bot end in exactly the same pipeline: the same summary, the same decisions, the same action items, the same tasks on the same board. The only thing that differs is whether the room can see that a notetaker is present.

  • Extensionnothing in the call, you press Save
  • The Noot botjoins the link, or records a Noots call

the same write-up

Your day at a glance

Today's work, one click from anywhere.

Pin the extension and the whole day is in the popup - every task assigned to you across every project, sorted by what is due, without opening a tab.

  • Every project you are on, in one list
  • Sorted by what is due, not by which project shouted loudest
  • Tick it off from the popup
A second opinion while you draft

Check the claim before you send the doc.

Writing in Google Docs? Open the Noots panel, paste in a line, and it cross-references your workspace: does that date match the roadmap, is that number still the number, which meeting decided it.

  • Fact-check a claim against what your workspace actually knows
  • Cross-reference any topic to projects, tasks and meetings
  • Copy out a live progress chart for every project
  • Grounded in your data - it never invents the supporting evidence

Supported

Matches the “Roadmap review” meeting and the Mobile App goal, at 70%.

Copy it out - Google Docs draws on a canvas, so nothing can type into the document for you.

Linking

Signing in, not pasting a key.

Install it, press Sign in with Noots, approve the browser. That is the whole link, and it is the same sign-in you use for the app.

  • No token to create, nothing to copy between windows
  • Each browser you allow is its own connection, listed in your settings
  • Revoke one and that browser is signed out of the extension, nothing else
Why people keep it pinned

Small surface, and every part of it is real.

Nothing is sent until you send it

You read the transcript first, then press Save. Until that moment nothing about the meeting has reached Noots.

No setup per call

It notices you are in a meeting and offers one-tap capture. There is nothing to schedule and nothing to invite.

Backed by your workspace

The tasks, the fact-checks and the charts all come from real data in your Noots - never from something a model remembered.

Signing in, not pasting a key

Press Sign in with Noots and it opens the sign-in you already use - password, Google or Microsoft - and asks you to approve this browser. Each browser you allow is its own connection, listed and revocable in your settings. There is no token to create and nothing to copy.

What we don't claim

  • Chrome, Edge and Brave. Installed from a downloaded zip in developer mode, not the Web Store.
  • Transcription uses your browser's own speech recognition, so its accuracy is the browser's - and in Chrome that means the audio is sent to Google to be transcribed, not processed on your machine. Nothing reaches Noots until you read it and press Save.
  • The doc panel is a side panel you paste into - Google Docs draws on a canvas, so nothing can read your document or type into it.
  • It needs a Noots account, which you link by signing in and approving the browser - there is no API token to create or paste. The tasks and fact-checks come from your workspace.

Install it, sit in the meeting you were going to sit in anyway, and leave with the write-up.
