Hiring an agent
Pick what the agent watches and where; it starts by suggesting only.
- 1On the Agents page press Hire an agent, or press Hand this to an agent on a Strategy, Organization, Finances or project page.
- 2Pick the agent: Org Watchdog, People Ops, Capacity Planner, Portfolio Analyst, Finance Controller, Chief of Staff or Sales.
- 3Pick its scope: the organization, or one division, team, program or project you can open.
- 4Pick its sponsor. It starts as the person accountable for that scope, or you when nobody is.
- 5Press Hire. Every kind of change starts at Suggest; raise it later from the agent's settings.
Each project's Autopilot is already listed as that project's agent. It is switched on and set up from the project's Autopilot settings, not hired here.
Note
Agents appear only where they are switched on for your workspace. Where they are off, /app/nooties shows your Nooties exactly as before and Autopilot keeps its three old levels.
