The Finance Controller agent

Watches budgets, payments, margins and invoices, proposes budget transfers for approval, and drafts a month-end summary deck.

The Finance Controller reads Finances as its sponsor sees it, once a day. Its sponsor needs the finance view permission: without it the agent watches no money and says so on the Agents page.

Budget running out
A project that will run out of budget before its end date at the current pace, or is already over. When the workspace pool holds enough in the same currency, it proposes moving the shortfall from the pool.
Missed payments
A recurring income source whose expected payment has not been recorded.
Margins
A client or project margin under your workspace threshold, and a margin score that fell 15 points or more over 28 days.
Receivables
Invoices that are overdue, with how much is outstanding.
Cash coverage
Expected cash in that does not cover the burn.
Month-end summary
In the first week of a month, a deck summarising the month that closed, as a personal draft for the sponsor. Nothing is shared until they open it and choose to.

A budget transfer always asks first, whatever the agent is set to, and a finance manager decides it. Money is shown in each currency and never converted. A project the sponsor cannot see is left out of every figure and only counted.

Note

Agents appear only where they are switched on for your workspace. Where they are off, /app/nooties shows your Nooties exactly as before and Autopilot keeps its three old levels.
