The Org Watchdog agent
Watches your organization's health for its sponsor, writes a weekly health note and flags trends going the wrong way.
The Org Watchdog reads the same five checks as the Watchdog section on the Organization overview, over the scopes its sponsor may see, and turns what they find into its findings. Spotting a problem is done by rules, never by AI.
- Health slipping
- A scope's health band is worse than a week or four weeks ago.
- A stretched team
- A team carried more work than its time for two weeks, or its overdue work is rising.
- A missing lead or owner
- A lead or accountable person from a week ago is gone.
- Less work getting finished
- Finished cards fell well below the usual pace with the same number of people.
- Short-handed next week
- Approved time off leaves a unit well under its usual time.
- Work outside working hours
- A large or rising share of a team's activity happened outside each person's own working hours over the last 28 days.
Once a week it writes a weekly org health note: how many things are worth a look and how many checks were held back. Each finding fires once a week, however often the agent runs.
What it never shows
Every people figure is about a group of 5 or more; below that a check says "too few people to show". The after-hours figure is a share for a team, division or the organization, never for one person, and it is worked out from each person's own working hours in their own time zone. It never names anyone, never shows a person's hours and never ranks people.
It suggests rebalancing in words, with a link to Capacity. It does not move work itself; the Capacity Planner is the agent that proposes allocation changes.
Agents appear only where they are switched on for your workspace. Where they are off, /app/nooties shows your Nooties exactly as before and Autopilot keeps its three old levels.
