Money, people and outside email always ask
Budget transfers, changes to other people's allocations, roles or membership, outside email and period closes are never made without a yes.
Some changes always ask first, whatever an agent is set to. On the Agents page they show Always asks and there is no setting below it.
- Moving money between budgets.
- Changing another person's allocation, role, team or membership.
- Sending email to people outside your workspace.
- Closing a period.
Autopilot's Fully autonomous level
With agents switched on, each project's Autopilot appears on the Agents page as that project's agent. Its Fully autonomous level no longer applies money, people or outside email changes without a yes: those are filed for approval like any other agent's. Everything else Fully autonomous did, it still does.
Agents appear only where they are switched on for your workspace. Where they are off, /app/nooties shows your Nooties exactly as before and Autopilot keeps its three old levels.
