The new Organization tab: Overview, People, Structure, Capacity
Four tabs that answer how healthy the organization is, who is here, how it is arranged, and what it can take on.
Workspaces are being moved to a new Organization tab one at a time. Once yours has it, the page has one header - the title, a line saying what the open tab is for, Showing (the scope: your work, a team, a division or the whole organization) and the lens (Strategy, Tactical, Operational) - and four tabs under it.

| Overview | Is the organization healthy and able to deliver? | What's missing (units with no lead, people on no team, projects nobody is accountable for, and more), an AI overview, health for the organization, capacity and finances, the watchdog's alerts, upcoming organization milestones and recent announcements. |
| People | Who is here, and how do I reach and manage them? | The directory, invites and seats, each person's details, and the HR hub for people who manage members. |
| Structure | How are we arranged, and who is accountable for what? | Divisions, teams and people as a picture, the unit editor, who is accountable or responsible for each project, program and goal, and coverage gaps. |
| Capacity | Can we do what we've committed to? | Committed work against available time by unit, person or program, allocations, a what-if, Delivery and Workforce cost. |
Where the old sections went

| Hours & pay | Capacity → Workforce cost, for people with billing oversight. Invoices stay on the Hours & pay page. |
| Teams page | /app/teams opens Structure. |
Every ?section= link that ever shipped - in notifications, emails and this help centre - lands on the matching new place, carrying whatever else the link said (a report, a person's schedule, an invite).
Picking a scope only narrows what a tab summarises. Every number on every tab is still limited to what you can see: a private project you are not on is counted, never named.
