The HR hub
Schedules, time off, availability prompts and concerns, in one place for people who manage members.
On the new Organization tab, People has an HR hub for anyone who can manage members. It has four parts.
| Part | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Schedules | Everyone's working hours, submitted weeks (part-time availability), approved time off and shifts on one week or month grid. It uses the same availability rule as the rest of Noots. |
| Time off | The queue of time-off requests to approve or decline. Requesting time off still happens on the Time off page. |
| Availability prompts | Who has not answered this week's availability prompt yet. |
| Concerns | Reports people file about workplace issues (the former Reports section). Who can read them has not changed. See Concerns and anonymity. |
Note
A note somebody adds to their submitted week is shown only to them and to people who manage members.
