Meeting AI turns a raw capture into something useful — the summary, the decisions, the suggested action items — and lets you interrogate a specific meeting afterwards.
- When it runs
- Automatically once a capture finishes; a meeting may show "processing" briefly.
- Ask about a meeting
- The Ask tab on any meeting, answering from that meeting's own transcript and summary.
- Task creation
- Action items become tasks on the right board with owners matched by email or name.

- Org settings → AI & Meetings.
Tip
For the sharpest summaries make sure the capture covered the whole call — a late-joining bot means a partial transcript, and the summary can only be as good as what it heard.
Note
An admin can turn AI off for the whole workspace from Org settings. When that's engaged, Hoot, Autopilot and meeting AI all stop rather than degrading quietly.
