The Chief of Staff agent
Reads what your other agents found and sends you one short brief a day or a week, with each thing said once.
The Chief of Staff works for one person, its sponsor. It reads the findings of the other agents in your workspace, as its sponsor is allowed to see them, and writes one brief per day (or per week, if you set it to weekly). It never sees more than its sponsor can.
- Said once
- When two agents point at the same thing (the same project, team, goal or card), the brief has one line for it and names both agents.
- At your level
- Hired for the whole organization, it lists only what needs action or is worth watching and counts the smaller notes. Hired for a division, team or program, it lists the notes too. Hired for one project, it lists everything.
- Short
- A handful of lines at most. The rest are counted, and each agent's own log has the detail.
- Quiet days
- A day with nothing new sends no brief at all.
The brief arrives in your decision box as an update and on the bell. It suggests nothing and changes nothing itself: it only reports what the other agents found. Only its sponsor sees the brief.
Note
Agents appear only where they are switched on for your workspace. Where they are off, /app/nooties shows your Nooties exactly as before and Autopilot keeps its three old levels.
