The Capacity Planner agent
Warns when a team is over-committed or has room 2 to 6 weeks out, and proposes allocation changes for approval.
The Capacity Planner reads the Capacity plan as its sponsor sees it and looks at the weeks 2 to 6 weeks from now.
- Over-committed
- A team or division whose committed work is more than 110% of its available time in one of those weeks.
- Has room
- A team or division using under half of its available time, where work could move.
- Allocation changes
- When one person is over-committed and their work there is a planned allocation, it proposes lowering that allocation and, when a teammate has room, planning them onto the same project.
Team and division warnings are shown only for groups of 5 or more. Warnings and proposals about one person exist only when the sponsor manages members on the Business plan, and they name the person and the week, never their hours.
Changing someone's allocation always asks first, whatever the agent is set to. Nothing changes until somebody approves it.
Agents appear only where they are switched on for your workspace. Where they are off, /app/nooties shows your Nooties exactly as before and Autopilot keeps its three old levels.
