The Portfolio Analyst agent

Spots programs and projects that look on track but are trending down, drafts program updates, and proposes milestone moves and period closes for approval.

The Portfolio Analyst reads your programs and projects the way its sponsor sees them, once a day.

Looks on track, trending down
A program or project that is green today but whose health fell 10 points or more over the last 7 or 28 days. Autopilot's latest reading for the project is added when it has one.
Program updates
When a program has had no update for 14 days, it drafts one for the owner. Nothing is posted until somebody edits it and presses post.
Milestone moves
When Autopilot expects a project to miss a committed date, it proposes moving a milestone due in the next three weeks by the expected slip.
Period close
When an objective's period has ended, it proposes closing it with the grade its outcomes suggest. A close always asks first.
Check-in notes
For your own outcomes fed from a source (CRM, Finances, a grid or a chart), it drafts this week's check-in notes. Nothing is saved until you press Save.

A drafted program update is written for everyone who can read the program: it names only projects everyone can see, and when the program includes a project some readers cannot see, it leaves the health and progress figures out and says why. A project the sponsor cannot see is counted, never named.

Note

Agents appear only where they are switched on for your workspace. Where they are off, /app/nooties shows your Nooties exactly as before and Autopilot keeps its three old levels.
