Timeline and Gantt read the same tasks and the same schedule-health engine, so Delayed means one identical thing in both. They differ in the question they answer.
A deadline that has passed reads Delayed whatever anyone says. A fresh check-in from the owner outranks the arithmetic for ten days.
Four lanes, decided by schedule health
Ahead of Schedule, In Progress, Delayed and At Risk. Nothing reads your column names: a task is graded by how much of its checklist is done against how much of its runway has been spent.
Longest chain: 2 tasks, outlined. Fit-out starts before Order switches finishes, so it is flagged. Nothing is moved.
The Gantt draws what depends on what
