One calendar, in everyone's own time zone.
Task due dates, milestones, meetings and the events synced two-way from Google, Microsoft or Zoom, on one calendar. Find a time resolves every participant in their own zone, respects their working hours and their approved leave, and books it.

Your real week, not just your meetings.
Everything with a date lands here, from every project you can see. Availability is computed in absolute time, with each person's clock applied only at the end, for display.

- Microsoft 365Reconnect needed
Edited in Google at 09:52, adopted here at 09:55, and not pushed back: the remote already matched.
Two-way with Google and Microsoft, and Zoom's meetings too
Title, time, description, location and attendees travel both ways with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365, through one outbound path that skips a write when the remote already matches, so an adopted edit never bounces back as an invitation email. A Zoom meeting syncs in, and its room follows the booking's changes.
- You have “Sprint review” at this time
- Ravi is busy at this time
- Mia is on leave that day
Your own event keeps its title. Ravi's is two timestamps. Book anyway skips the check and nothing else.
A conflict check before the first write
Every booking path checks your own events, everyone else's busy time, leave, working hours and one live provider ask before anything is written. A colleague's appointment is two timestamps and never a title. Book anyway skips the check and nothing else.

Swept every couple of minutes; sent a few minutes before the start. Without a joinable link the event says so instead.
The bot joins from the calendar
Switch on auto-join for your own connected calendar and the Noots bot is sent to each meeting with a joinable link a few minutes before it starts, and what it heard lands back on the project. Your own answer always wins; the workspace switch is only the default for someone who never answered.
Each person in their own zone
Working hours are resolved on that person's own date in their own zone, so a colleague who works 07:00 to 15:00, or not on Fridays, is never offered a slot they were never free for.
Approved leave blocks the slot
A week off that was approved is a first-class state: it stops the suggestion, names the people who are away, and stops the weekly availability prompt from asking them.
