Features · Across the workspace

AI that works for the team, and answers to a person.

A teammate sits in one project and writes the brief you would otherwise write. A function agent owns a job across the organisation for a named sponsor, and you decide how far it may go on its own.

Every plan

There is no plan gate on either. Each run draws on your workspace's AI credits.

Autopilot as a project's agent

Business and above

Comes with Autopilot itself.

The Capacity Planner's person-level evidence

Business and above

The same tier as workload across projects.

What it does

Two kinds of agent, told apart at a glance.

A teammate is a voice inside one project. A function agent is a job holder for the organisation. They look different, they are hired differently, and both stay inside what their person may do.

Teammates

Work inside one project on a schedule.

Function agents

Own a job across the organization, for a sponsor.

01

Teammates and function agents

Teammates are round and live in a project, on a cadence, writing the status, the risk list or the standup. Function agents are square, own a function across a scope, and answer to a sponsor whose face is on their card.

  3. 3Act, then tell me
  4. 4Act after I approve

Always asks

Moving money, changing somebody’s role or team, outside email.

03

An autonomy ladder per kind of change

Watch only, Suggest, Act then tell me, or Act after I approve, set for each kind of change. Only safe, reversible changes may run on their own, and even those stop at limits such as how far a date may move.

Each step re-checks the sponsor still has the permission it needs.

05

It acts with its sponsor's permissions, and never more

Every step re-checks that the sponsor is still a member, still holds the permission the change needs, and can still see what it touches. Each change is in the step log, and the ones that can be undone carry an Undo.

02

Jobs a function agent can own

Org Watchdog, People Ops, Capacity Planner, Portfolio Analyst, Finance Controller, Chief of Staff and Sales. Each watches its scope, from the whole organisation down to one project.

04

Money, people and outside email always ask

Moving money between budgets, changing somebody's allocation, role or team, and emailing anybody outside the workspace are always filed for a yes, whatever the agent is set to. Silence is never a yes.

06

Pause it, or stop it in one press

Pause an agent to hold it. Stop it and its runs end and every suggestion it was waiting on is withdrawn at the same moment.

Questions

The ones people ask first.

Can an agent spend money or change somebody's job on its own?
No. Budget transfers, allocation, role and team changes, outside email and closing a period always ask a person first, whatever the agent is set to.
What does an agent cost?
Detection is done by code and costs nothing. When there is something new to write about, an agent uses AI credits from your workspace's monthly allowance, and the Agents page shows each one's use as a percentage.

Hire the help, keep the say.
