Reviews

No testimonials. Not yet.

Nobody has agreed to be quoted about Noots, so there is nothing here pretending they have. What you get instead: written scenarios, the product itself, and a list of the things we refuse to claim.

What this page is not

  • No customer quotes, names, photos or logos.
  • No star ratings, no review count, no average score.
  • No “trusted by N teams” counter, no awards, no funding news.
  • No review structured data, so no invented stars in search results.

How a team of this shape would use Noots

Read this first: these are illustrative examples, not customer quotes.

Nobody said any of the following. Each card was written by us: a team shape, the situation a team of that shape is usually in, and the parts of Noots that answer it. The roles are illustrative and the organisations are not real. We do not publish customer testimonials, reviews, ratings or logos, because we have no customers who have agreed to be quoted — when that changes, real names will appear here with their permission and this notice will say so.

What is not made up is the product half. Every line under “What that is, in the product” describes a surface that ships today — the tour further down this page shows the screens.

Illustrative exampleIT & managed services

Ops lead

~40-person IT managed-services provider

Work arrives from two directions at once — monitoring alerts at 3am and client email during the day — and the only question that ever matters is what is on fire and who owns it.

What that is, in the product

  • A monitoring alert opens a ticket; the same alert firing again updates the ticket it already made instead of opening a new one every minute, and a recovery closes it.
  • Closing that ticket stops the SLA clock through the same code path the button uses, so the clock cannot disagree with itself.
  • The built-in CRM's pipeline sits beside the project actually delivering the work, so a renewal is not retyped into a second system.

Programme manager

civil engineering contractor, three live sites

Sub-contractor dates move as a block, and the cost of finding out late is measured in plant hire. What is needed is not a prettier board but an honest answer to 'what does this slip actually hit'.

What that is, in the product

  • The Gantt draws real dependency arrows, flags finish-to-start violations and highlights the longest dependent chain.
  • How late something is comes from checklist completion against the next milestone, blockers and the assignee's own answer — never from which column a card sits in.
  • When a date moves, Autopilot ripples the dependent dates and tells the owners it affected.
Illustrative exampleHealthcare administration

Practice administrator

multi-site clinic group with a night rota

Rotas run through the night, and a system that treats 22:00 as 'away' is worse than no presence at all. Anything a meeting records has to be safe to keep.

What that is, in the product

  • Availability and the presence dot are shift-aware, so somebody mid-night-shift reads as at work rather than asleep.
  • Install the redaction extension and the scrub runs before a transcript is stored — on every capture path, including calls made inside Noots.
  • Approved time off blocks a slot in find-a-time, and a private calendar event blocks one without ever showing its title.
Illustrative exampleAgency & consulting

Head of delivery

12-person creative agency, many small clients

Twelve people, thirty live projects and one recurring tax: the write-up after every client call, done badly at 6pm by whoever remembers.

What that is, in the product

  • The bot joins from the calendar, or the browser extension captures the call with no bot in the room, and the action items land as tasks on that client's project.
  • Per-project client invoicing is separate from the internal budget on purpose — 'what did this cost us' and 'what do we invoice' are different questions and both surfaces say so.
  • Every project has its own channel automatically, and the channel and the board link to each other.
Illustrative exampleGovernment & public sector

Records officer

county government department

Requests arrive with a statutory clock attached, and who did what has to still be provable months after everyone involved has moved on.

What that is, in the product

  • The government bundle adds a records-request exporter, a board that can be published for the public without exposing the workspace behind it, and field-level role controls.
  • An append-only compliance log and an audit log record the administrative actions, and the compliance log refuses ordinary edits at the database.
  • Every automation firing writes a row — including the ones it skipped, and the exact condition that failed.

Founder

8-person software company with no project manager

Nobody wants to become the person who chases people. The work is real, the plan is in three heads, and the status meeting is the only thing keeping it aligned.

What that is, in the product

  • Autopilot on its default setting drafts and proposes: it writes the plan from a five-question brief and waits for you to edit it.
  • A merged pull request proposes closing the task it is linked to, so the board stops drifting from the repository.
  • The home screen is a live window on every project and meeting — no status deck, no sitting in on calls, no waiting for a write-up.
Instead of quotes

The product, with nothing standing in for it

This is the same tour that opens from “See how it works in action” on the home page. Every panel is a screen that exists today, animated in the order it happens in real use.

  1. Bot joins
  2. Speakers separated
  3. Decisions & actions
  4. Tasks on the board
  • The bot joins from your calendar — Google Meet, Zoom or Teams — or the browser extension captures the call with no bot in the room at all.
  • One person is one speaker: the transcript is turns, and two spellings of the same colleague are merged rather than split across the talk share.
  • Decisions, action items, topics and talk share are extracted once, then the action items land as real tasks on the Noot you picked.

The counter-claim, three inches below the claim

A claim is easiest to keep honest when the things it is not sit next to it. This list is the same one on our vertical pages, plus the two Autopilot lines we have shipped wrongly before and will not ship wrongly again.

What we don't claim

  • No customer testimonials, reviews or ratings — we have none we may publish.
  • No star ratings anywhere in Noots. We retired the ones we had rather than show a number nobody could trust.
  • No “trusted by N teams” counter, no customer logos, no awards, no funding announcement.
  • No SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or FedRAMP attestation, and no uptime SLA.
  • Autopilot set to fully autonomous acts without asking you first. That is what the setting is for; it is not the default, and every change is reversible.
  • Autopilot reads each member's declared working hours. It does not read calendar free/busy, and it does not reshuffle a plan because a meeting moved.
  • Autopilot does not schedule external meetings or send email on your behalf.
  • No Figma integration.

Questions we get asked about this page

Why are there no customer testimonials on this page?
Because we do not have any we are allowed to publish. Noots is early, and every team using it is using it under an arrangement that did not include being quoted in marketing. Writing a quote and attaching a job title to it would be fabricating customer feedback, which we will not do — so the page says what it can prove instead.
Why is there no star rating or review count anywhere?
There is no rating data in this product to show. Noots used to carry star ratings in its own extension marketplace; we retired them rather than leave them up, because the average a workspace saw was an average of its own votes and the table behind it held no rows at all. A number nobody can trust is worse than no number.
Will you publish real reviews later?
Yes, and they will look different from this page: a real name, a real organisation, in that person's own words, published with their written permission and dated. When that happens this notice will change to say so. Until then, treat everything on this page as our own writing.
How do I check any of this for myself?
Start on the free plan without a card and use it. Everything described on this page is in the product on day one except the features we mark as needing a paid plan — the tour above says which those are, and the pricing page lists them feature by feature.
